Shipping & Delivery Information

Order Processing

Orders are processed and shipped Monday to Friday until 3 PM EST. If an order is placed after 3 PM EST, it will be shipped on the next business day. Orders placed on a Friday after 3 PM EST, or on Saturday or Sunday, will not be processed and shipped until the following business day.

Issue With Tracking Info

We're always happy to help, but we have access to the same tracking information as you. Please try to resolve issues with the carrier directly. If all else fails, please contact our support team directly for assistance at info@agoztech.com.

Shipping & Delivery to the United States

Orders will be shipped from our location in Charlotte, North Carolina, USA. We offer free shipping through USPS for US orders. Additionally, we provide shipping options with UPS and FedEx, which are available at a price depending on your location and the quantities ordered.

International Shipping, Delivery, and VAT & Duties

Delivery times and shipping fees for orders outside the US are calculated at checkout based on the destination. Some countries apply duties or VAT on shipments received from the United States. You are responsible for any such extra taxes or fees your government applies to get the package delivered. We will do the best we can to provide the best international shipping experience possible, but much of the process is out of our control, and is in the control of your countries' officials and mail systems.
